All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damages whilst in transit from VU SUNGLΛSS to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Before your order has been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size (if available) or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care at 1 514-352-1010.
Your frame and your lenses are guaranteed against manufacturing defect one year form the purchase date. Any claim will always have to be accompanied by the parts to be replaced. In the event of loss or accidental breaking, this guarantee is not applicable. View our Legal page for more information.
