Shipping Policy

VU SUNGLΛSS currently ships exclusively within Canada. Order online and choose the delivery option that suits you. We currently offer FREE Expedited parcel ™ service of Canada Post on all orders. This service provides a tracking number, full insurance and requires a signature upon delivery. Shipping times vary between 2-4 business days. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

Note that after placing your order, you will receive a first email confirming your transaction.A second email will then notify you that your item has been shipped. Within the this email, you will find a reference link that will allow you to track the delivery process until your package arrives to your shipping address. You can check the delivery status at any time, once youve received confirmation that the order has been shipped.

We do not ship to other international destinations at the moment, but we'll make sure to let you know as soon as we become a worldwide shopping destination.

Ownership and Risk

The ownership and risk of damage of your purchase is transferred to you upon delivery to the specific address.

Returns Policy

At VU SUNGLΛSS, we want you to be happy with the look and fit of your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return an item to us within 28 days of the shipment date. When returning an item, please remember that it must not be worn, adjusted, altered or damaged. Even re-expedition fees will be assumed by VU SUNGLΛSS. Your items must be returned in their original condition, and the original tags and stickers must not have been removed.

The item returned must include the original sunglass case in its original condition. Glasses case fees of $30 are charged when the glasses are returned in a damaged case, or without the original sunglass case. Please note: shipping charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Final sale items may not be returned.

*If your return shows visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition with all tags, labels and stickers intact we will not process the return and the items will be shipped back to you.

Returns

Making a return is easy, please follow the steps listed below:

  • Fill out the return form provided.
  • The goods must be returned to VU SUNGLΛSS in their original packing to prevent any damage.
  • Enclose the return form and your articles (which were previously placed in the original packing) in the Canada post shipping envelope.
  • Seal the envelope and affix the return label provided.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If your order has been sent to a destination within Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Returning in store

We also make it possible for you to return or exchange an order to our store location in Montreal. You just need to bring the original invoice and credit card used when you placed the order.

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of VU SUNGLΛSS and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Important information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on VU SUNGLΛSS. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at [email protected] or at 1-514-352-1010. Items should be returned in their original packing to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Sunglasses cases should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the sunglass case is damaged.
